Webcast
As
of from June 12, 2003, you will be able to watch
the pre-recorded webcast to the 2003 - 2004 Budget Speech,
delivered on June 12 by the Minister
of Finance, Yves Séguin.
The webcast is a presentation of the National Assembly of
Québec in collaboration with the ministère
des Finances.
Technical
requirements
To
receive the audio/video feed from our site, you must have
a computer with a sound card and speakers, and Windows Media
Player software.
If
the Windows Media Player software is not installed on your
computer, you can download a copy free of charge using the
following link:

Once
the downloading is completed, run the installation program
and follow the instructions.
If
the Windows Media Player software is installed on your computer,
but you are unable to receive the audio/video feed, you may
be behind a firewall. Notify your network administrator that
you want to receive audio/video documents using the Windows
Media Player software.
