The webcast is a presentation of the National Assembly of Québec in collaboration with the ministère des Finances.

Technical requirements

To receive the audio/video feed from our site, you must have a computer with a sound card and speakers, and Windows Media Player software.

Once the download is completed, run the installation program and follow the instructions.

If Windows Media Player software is installed on your computer, but you are unable to receive the audio/video feed, you may be behind a firewall. Notify your network administrator that you want to receive audio/video documents using the Windows Media Player software.
