Investments
$730 million in additional resources, including:
- fulfilment of all commitments made at the Québec Youth Summit, such as the performance contracts with the universities;
- $200 million used in particular to modernize the networks, support the reform and purchase textbooks;
- $72 million to encourage school success;
- $38 million to improve the student financial assistance program.
Tax measures
- Tax exemption for scholarships;
- Extension and improvement of the tax credit for on-the-job training;
- Access to the QST credit for more students.
