Budget Speech Webcast
The
2002-2003 Budget speech has been delivered on November 1, 2001,
by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for the Economy
and Finance Pauline Marois in the National Assembly. The Budget
speech webcast remains available on this page.
Technical requirements
To receive the audio/video feed from our site, you must have a computer with a sound card and speakers, and Windows Media Player software.
If the Windows Media Player software is not installed on your computer, you can download a copy free of charge using the following link:

Once the downloading is completed, run the installation program and follow the instructions.
If the Windows Media Player software is installed on your computer, but you are unable to receive the audio/video feed, you may be behind a firewall. Notify your network administrator that you want to receive audio/video documents using the Windows Media Player software.
